When someone sees a beautiful photograph the common question is; "Wow! What kind of camera do you have?" And although quality can be improved somewhat with cameras and their lenses, it is the photographer that made the photo what it is, and the camera simply captured the light. It’s the same with dieting. The minute someone sees an old friend, family member, or work college slim down from fat or chubby to slender and fit, one of the first questions is this; "Wow! Look at you! What diet are you on?" The moral of this blurb is that it is people with patience, persistence, and long term commitment that get results in life no matter what they are. What tools or methods they use are just part of the above and not as a result of. Will a High Protein Diet Plan or low calorie regime work best for you? Who knows! But unless you stop questioning and start acting, the question will always go unanswered. "I wonder if I can learn to play piano?" Well, you won’t know unless you try. The problem with most folks is that they rarely follow through with their commitments and excuse finding for reason’s why not to do something has become almost an art form in modern day societies, and that includes men, women, and of course it’s picked up by their lids too and so the negative trend continues. We didn’t just evolve into overweight, tired species you know. WE made it happen.
