Even though we all know the best way to lose fat is to take it slow and easy….sometimes that just won’t work!  Possibly you have a wedding or class reunion to attend and you need to look your best. Or maybe you just need something to get you jumpstarted to that you can start feeling better about yourself.

For most of us, losing fat fast means that we want a smaller waistline.  The loss of a few inches around your middle will make a HUGE difference in how you look and feel.

Here is the best way  to lose fat FAST.This  suggestion is the one that works the best and you’ll be amazed at the results.  Just give up carbs for a few days.  You don’t have to give up everything but the lower you go on carbs the quicker you’ll lose fat around your middle.

You can still eat and you can eat a lot although don’t go crazy.  Eat 4-5 times per day and stop before you’re full.

Protein foods and vegetables should be your main staple for a few days, then slowly add some low glycemic foods to add some variety.  The Adkins Diet was probably the original low carb diet, but there are plenty of low carb diets available if you need more help.

The think to remember is that you need to eat!  And you need to eat small meals frequently.  You should never feel really hungry but you should never feel full either.

Adding a walk or even marching in front of the tv will help also.  It will get your whole system working the right way.  And just like a car….the better the whole system…the better our bodies run.
