Training The Chest Muscles
The chest is one of the most popular muscle groups for most people who are into weight training. Exercises such as the bench press, incline press, and flye are an important part of any great chest workouts. The only problem is, that since they can be fun to train, the chest muscles may be easier to overtrain since many weight trainers will end up doing to many sets and exercises for them. You need rest and recovery to grow, so don’t do more during chest workouts than you do for other muscles.
