Getting Stronger On The Bench Press

Most men who lift weights want to get stronger on the bench press. Learning proper bench press form is the first thing you must do when you start performing this exercise. Many weight trainers try to bench too much weight too soon and have to cheat to get the weight up. Unfortunately, this can be dangerous and could cause an injury.
