Bench Press Routines

If you’re trying to increase your strength on the bench press you need to set up the right routine. Any bench press routines should include certain exercises to develop strength and size in your chest. Start your bench pressing workouts with flat benches. To build your upper pecs, you’ll need to do incline bench presses as well.
