It’s little wonder the world is looking for ways to Make Money Quick. There’s certainly a lot of debt to pay back for most of us. A lot of people in Western societies have been able to spend money a lot quicker than we could ever have dreamt to make it, yet when the credit crunch hit and folks saw that they really hadn’t got a grip on their finances, everyone, it seemed, was looking for someone to blame. Whenever an individual or family lives above their means, which simply translates to more going out than coming in, why should they be surprised or looking for scapegoats rather than take stock of themselves are admit they are in the situation they are in, for no other reason than a desire to accumulate material possessions.
This shopping frenzy is not something that modern day folks ever get to graduate from, because no sooner have they bought one thing, it’s time to purchase something else. There are genuine folks that struggle to make ends meet with the everyday necessities of life, but it is not they that have borrowed foolishly just to keep the shopping addiction going. Now everyone wants to claw back the good old days, but is it not those very ‘good ole days’ that have proved to be the bad old days?
