Gaining Strength To Build Muscle

Gaining strength is very important if you’re trying to build muscle. As your muscles become stronger, they will be forced to increase in size. When it comes to building strength, it’s not so much about how long you can weight train for, but how much you can get out of every singleĀ  set.
